Scale of Pay: Rs.15,460 - 47,330/-
The Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either COMPUTER
BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) or OFFLINE OMR based Examination of objective
type. The Date of Examination will be announced later.
Particulars of Preliminary Qualifying Test (PQT) and Physical Efficiency Test(PET) 1) Preliminary Qualifying Test (PQT):- Candidates must qualify in the Preliminary Selection Test of 4Km. run within 20 minutes for Men and 2Km. run within 20 minutes for women. 2) Physical Efficiency Test(PET):- The following are the details of Physical Efficiency Test. Only candidates who qualify in the Preliminary qualifying Test will be allowed to undergo the Physical Efficiency Test: Sl. No. Item Qualifying Time/Distance for Men(5 Events) Qualifying Time/Distance for Women (3 Events) 1 100 metres run 15 Seconds 18 Seconds 2 High Jump 1.20 metres --- 3 Long Jump 3.80 metres 2.75 metres 4 Shot put 7.26 kgs/5.60 metres 4 kgs/4.5 metres 5 800 meters Run 2 minutes 50 seconds --- 5) AGE: Minimum 18 years & Maximum 28 years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2016
Physical Requirements:-
i). For Men:-
Must not be less than 165 cms in height.
Must not be less than 81 cms round the Chest on full expiration with a minimum expansion of 5cms;
Provided that in the case of Candidates belonging to ST’s where the required quota cannot be fully utilized for want of sufficient candidates possessing the requisite height, it may be relaxed by 5 Cms. So that it shall not be less than 160cms.
ii) For Women:-
Must not be less than 152.5 Cms in height.
Must not weigh less than 45.5 Kgs.
Online Application Processing Fee: Rs.200/-
Examination Fee: Rs.80/-. SC, ST, BC, Ex-Service Men and Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18–28 years have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed.
