DETAILED NOTIFICATION for POLYCET -2014 ADMISSIONS:
All the POLYCET - 2014 qualified candidates who have attended for certificate verification and exercised options earlier can once again change their options already exercised if desire so. Further the candidates who have attended for certificate verification and did not exercise options can also exercise their options as per the schedule mentioned below.
Schedule for Option Entry:
1. On 22-08-2014 candidates from 1 to 76,000 ranks can exercise options.
2. On 23-08-2014 candidates from 76,001 to last rank can exercise options online again.
Important Points:
1. The options recorded in the server on the last day i.e., on 23-08-2014 at 5 PM will be considered for allotment of seats.
2. Such of those candidates who have not attended certificate verification so far will be considered during next phase of counseling.
3. Further the candidates are informed that if they did not report at HLCs as per the above schedule, the seat allotted to the candidates stands cancelled and the candidate do not have any claim on the cancelled seat.
ALLOTMENT:
1) Allotments will be placed in website https://polycet.nic.in on 24-08-2014 after 8 PM. 2) Enter the ICR Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in Candidate Login. 3) Download the Allotment Order and Challan Form for payment of fee. 4) Pay the fees if any, in any Branch of Andhra Bank/Indian Bank. 5) Report at any nearest POLYCET-Help Line Centre (Refer list of HLCs placed in website) as per the schedule given below with the allotment order and fee challan.

1. On 27-08-2014 from 1 to 80,000 ranks.
2. And on 28-08-2014 from 80,001 to last rank.
3. If not reported on above given dates then they all can report on finally 30-8-2014.

The candidates are requested to note the following:
1 The candidate shall obtain the signature of the Coordinator on the allotment order and shall report at the college allotted latest by 01-09-2014.
2 Interested candidates can participate in final phase of counselling for change of allotted college.
3 The candidate is informed not to hand over the original certificates and not to pay any fee at the college till the completion of final phase of counselling.
