In pursuance of orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 08.09.2016 in SLA (C)
No.19633/2016, Dr. NTR UHS hereby notify to conduct Web based counseling on 03102016
for
filling up of vacant seats into PostGraduate
Medical Degree / Diploma Courses in the
Government Medical Colleges located in the States of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (86 in Andhra
Pradesh and 32 in Telangana).
Schedule for Web based Counseling to fill in the vacant seats in
Government Medical colleges for the year 201617
Exercising options
03.10.2016
(From 06.00 A.M. to 05.00 P.M)
Note: A student who has already taken admission will not be eligible to
participate in this counseling
All the candidates qualified in Dr NTRUHS PGMET2016
held on 28022016
who got their
original certificates verified in the 1st & 2nd phases and not taken admission in the earlier
counselings are only eligible to exercise their options in this phase of counseling.
The vacancy position will be displayed in the university website one day before the date of
exercising options.
In this phase of counseling, candidates who have opted for and allotted seats in both
the States Andhra Pradesh & Telangana will be given a choice to select either in Andhra
Pradesh or Telangana by the way of SMS and allotment will be given as per choice. If
candidate does not responded for the SMS, then a seat available in a college located in
their respective State will be allotted. The left over seats will be allotted in the same round
itself subsequently.
UNIVERSITY FEE: Candidates have to pay University fee as per norms of Dr.NTR UHS (AP State)
in favor of Registrar, Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences payable at Vijayawada) and KNR UHS
(Telangana State) in favour of Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences payable at Warangal)
amount and other details will be mentioned in the allotment letter issued to candidates by
Dr.NTR UHS/ KNR UHS.
