POLYCET-2013 ADMISSIONS FINAL PHASE NOTIFICATION.Qualified Candidates of POLYCET-2013 those who have participated in I-Phase of Counseling and not participated in I-Phase of Counseling are informed to exercise their options using their old password for the leftover seats now available, consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment as per the schedule given below:

Who can exercise options?
? Candidates who have secured seats but not interested to join.
? Who have not secured seats so far.
? Who have not exercised the options so far.
? Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.
? Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their 1st Phase allotment.
? And any other eligible candidates.
NOTE: OPTIONS GIVEN IN THE 1ST PHASE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ALLOTMENT AND CANDIDATES HAVE TO EXERCISE OPTION AFRESH.
Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment. Candidates who have not attended for Certificate Verification earlier should get their Certificates verified from designated 36 Help Line Centres mentioned in the Annexure-I on 16.07.2013 & 17.07.2013 (Reporting time: 09.00 A.M) and exercise their options. However, the Special Category Candidates (Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) who were not verified their Certificates earlier should get their certificates verified at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad only. Allotments will be placed on the website on 19.07.2013 after 6 PM. For vacancies, List of Help Line centres and other details please visit: https://apceep.nic.in. It is advised to exercise options for interested Polytechnics assuming that vacancies are available.
