Online applications are invited for the Entrance Test for Admissions
into Intermediate courses in MJPTBC Welfare Residential Junior Colleges,

1. Annual Income of the Parents/Guardian shall not exceed
Rs.1,50,000/- Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban Areas.

MJPTBCWREI Schools and BCW Hostel Boarders.
b. 25% of the seats will be allotted for other students who studied
in Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare Residential Schools,
Boarders of SW/TW Hostels, studied in Z.P. Schools and Private
Recognised Schools. In case there is any short fall of admissions
in any category as on the date of admission, students from the
waiting list in the other category can be admitted.
2. The students appeared for X Class Examination 2016 alone are
eligible to appear for the Entrance Test. Advance Supplementary
Candidates are not eligible for Admission.
Selection:
1. Selection will be made as per merit in the Entrance Test.
2. Rule of Reservation will be followed.

• The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin
carefully, available in the website, satisfy his/her eligibility for
appearing the written test.
• The candidate after satisfying himself/herself about the eligibility
shall pay Rs.150/- through PAYMENT GATEWAY centres from

Information Bulletin
 MJPTBCWREI Society has established Residential Junior Colleges at
DOULATHABAD (BOYS), Medak District, Kamalapur (Boys) Karimnagar
District and Jagadevpur (Girls), Medak District, with an objective to
provide quality education to the talented students.
Salient Features of MJPTBCW Residential Junior Colleges:
 Providing quality education on Residential mode
 Individual attention is being paid to each student
 Loco parent system is implemented by appointing one Loco parent
to each section
 Day starts with the physical exercise and classes will commence
from 8:00AM and the academic activities will continue till 9:00 PM.
 Apart from the academic activities, importance is given to Sports
and Games and other Co-curricular activities for all round

Candidates who have passed X class earlier years are not eligible
and need not apply.
4. Supplementary/Advance Supplementary appearing candidates are
not eligible for Admission.
5. OC candidates must secure minimum GPA of 6.0 and others shall
secure minimum GPA of 5.0 in SSC or equivalent examination and
GPA of 4.0 in English for all the candidates for admission into
Intermediate.
6. Candidate seeking admission into Intermediate course at MJPTBC
Residential Junior Colleges shall appear for entrance test on
10.04.2016
7. The venue of Examination will be intimated in Hall Tickets.
Reservation:
 SC: 15%, ST: 6%, BCs: 74% (BC-A:20%, BC-B:28%, BC-C:3%,
BC-D:19%, BC-E:4%), EBC:2%, Orphans:3%
 3% of seats will be filled with differently abled persons.
Selection:
1. Selection of students for admission will be made based on the merit
in the Entrance Examination 2016.
2. Rule of Reservation will be followed as detailed above.
3. In case there are any unfilled seats in any category, they will be
filled with BC students. The carry forward principle, in respect of BC
students BC-A to BC-B, BC-B to BC-C, BC-C to BC-D, BC-D to BC-E,
BC-E to BC-A and so on will be adopted.
4. 75% of Seats are reserved for the students studied in
MJPTBC Residential Schools and BC Welfare Hostel Boarders.
In case there are any unfilled seats will be filled with other
merit students.
25% of the seats are allotted for other students who have studied in
Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare Residential Schools, Boarders of
SW/TW Hostels, studied in Z.P. Schools and Private Recognised
Schools. In case there is any short fall of admissions in any
category, as on the date of admission, students from the waiting list
in the other category can be admitted.
5. Admissions will be carried out by counselling by a committee at
college level consisting of Principal, ATP and one Lecturer.
6. The admission list will be approved by the Secretary,
MJPTBCWREIS.
7. The approved list will be intimated to the students and displayed in
the College Notice Board and in the website.

Examination Centres: (District Headquarters Candidate may

The test is objective type with 21/2 hours duration for 150 marks (50
marks per each subject). The candidates have to mark the answers in
OMR sheets. The model question papers are available in the website. The
question paper of the entrance test will be based on X standard in
Telangana State syllabus for subjects and English will be General English.

• The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin
carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for
MJPTBCWRJCCET-2016.
• The candidate after satisfying himself/herself about the eligibility
criteria for the submission of application through online shall pay
a fee of Rs.150/- through PAYMENT GATEWAY from 22-02-2016
to 23-03-2016 for submission of application through online.
• At PAYMENT GATEWAY centre, the candidate has to give the
required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of
Birth and Mobile No.)
• On receipt of fee through PAYMENT GATEWAY, the candidate
shall be issued a journal number with which he/she can proceed
with submission of application through online through the
website mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in issue of Journal number does
not mean that the candidate has completed submission of
application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
• Before submission of the online application form, the candidate
has to fill up the Model Application form (given in the Annexure).
• The candidates shall follow the procedure for submission of
online application as given in the 'Information Bulletin' and
also as per the instructions provided online while filling up the
online application form. The candidate should be ready with
photograph of size 3.5 x 4.5 cms before filling online application.
The photo should be scanned and uploaded along with the
application form.
• While filling the online application, the candidate has to opt the
course.
• On submission of application online, the candidate has to take a
copy (print) of application form in which a reference number also
be given. This reference number is required to download the
Hall Ticket. The copy of online application is to be preserved for
further reference.
• For any mistakes/incorrect information, the candidate is solely
held responsible. Hence they must take utmost care while filling
the online application.
• The applications of the ineligible candidates will be rejected.
• The selected candidate should produce the original certificates at
the time of admission as a proof to the information furnished in
the application.
• The selection of the candidate will be summarily rejected if they
fail to submit the necessary documents at the time of admission.
Issue of Hall tickets:
• Candidates can download their Hall tickets from the website
mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in from 31-03-2016 with the reference
number allotted to them.
• Candidates have to download the hall tickets from the website
only. No printed hall ticket shall be issued/posted to the
candidate.
• Without hall ticket, no candidate will be allowed to appear for the
examination.
General Instructions to the Candidates:
• The candidates are personally held responsible for incorrect
information furnished in the application form.
• The Principal of the college concerned reserves the right to
cancel the admission at any stage, if the particulars furnished by
the candidate are found incorrect or against the rules of
admission.
• In case of tie among the candidates with same marks in the
entrance test, the order of the merit will be decided as follows:
o The higher marks secured by the candidate in Mathematics
in the entrance test for MEC/CEC.
o The higher marks secured by the candidate in Biological
Science in the entrance test for BiPC.
o If the tie still persists, the higher marks secured by the
candidate in the English.
o Even though the tie persists, the higher marks secured by
the candidate in the Social Studies for MEC/CEC, Physical
Science for MPC & BiPC.
o If the tie still persists, it will be decided by taking advanced
age as criteria.
o If the tie still persists, candidates belonging to the
unrepresentative community shall be considered.
o The information furnished in the application by the candidate
will only be considered and registered and if any candidate
fails to fill the information completely or given wrong
information, the fault lies with the candidate only.
Selection of students: Selection of students shall be made based on the
following:
1. Merit in the Entrance Examination.
2. Option exercised (i.e. option for college and option for course)
3. Rule of reservation
4. Reservation under special category
Admission: The Hall ticket numbers of the shortlisted candidates for
counselling shall be made available on the website:

the Entrance Test. Candidates will be called for counselling for allotment
of seats for admission in the ratio of 1:2
• The jurisdiction for any appeal to be settled in Hyderabad City
Courts only. The reference period for such appeal is before the
completion of admissions of academic year 2016-17 or before
the last date of admission into first year intermediate as
announced by BIE, Telangana, Hyderabad.

IV. ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR RESIDENTIAL DEGREE
COLLEGE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST (RDC-CET) 2016
a) Students appeared for Senior Intermediate Examination in
March/April-2016 conducted by the Board of Intermediate
Education of Telangana or equivalent examination are ONLY
eligible to appear for the test, subject to the other conditions.
The students appearing for the Intermediate instant
examination in 2016 are not eligible for admission. Hence
they need not to apply for the entrance test.
b) The students should have passed the qualifying examination in
one and first attempt in IPE-March 2016 and secured 50%
of marks on aggregate and 40% of marks in English subject.
(There is a relaxation of 5% in case of SC/ST).
c) For B.A., all the students are eligible irrespective of subjects
studied in Intermediate. But they have to take Entrance Test in
HISTORY, ECONOMICS and CIVICS.
d) For B.Com., students of CEC or any other group are eligible as
per university norms. But they have to take the Entrance Test
in ECONOMICS, COMMERCE-I, BOOK KEEPING &
ACCOUNTANCY.
e) For B.Sc., (MSCS) (Maths, Statistics and Computer Science), the
MEC & MPC students are eligible to write entrance test.
f) For other B.Sc., (MPC) (BZC) courses Students must have
studied in respective subjects at Intermediate level.
g) BC/SC/ST/EBC women students are eligible for admission.
h) Annual Income of the Parents/Guardian shall not exceed
Rs.1,50,000/- Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban Areas.
V. Scheme and Syllabus for the Common Entrance Test
 The examination will be in one session of 21/2 hours duration in
the subjects mentioned at above Table (Column 7).
 Examination will be conduct for 150 marks in Total. There will
be three papers for 40 marks in each subject in addition to
English paper for 30 Marks. English paper is common to all.
 Examination will be conducted on Intermediate syllabus (Board
of Intermediate Education, Telangana, Hyderabad) for group
subjects.
 Questions will be in both English and Telugu media and in
objective type multiple choice questions. Answers should be
marked in OMR sheet.
 There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
 For correct results all the answered circles should be shaded
fully & thickly.
VI. Reservation of Seats:

VIII. COURSES OFFERED
The candidate is requested to chose any one of the Category of
Course as per her eligibility in the qualifying examination i.e.,
Intermediate. The Common counseling will be conducted for
admission into MJPTBCW Residential Degree College for (WOMEN)
Jagadevpur, Medak district.
IX. Jurisdiction of Local Candidates
a) The candidate, who has studied in any of the educational
institutions, located in any district of Telangana State shall
be treated as local candidate.
b) If the candidate studied Class 6th to Inter or its equivalent in
different Districts located in different University areas, the
District in which she studied to the maximum four years period
will be taken into account for fixing the University area for
selection. For proof, the candidate has to submit the bonafide
certificate/ certificates from Class 6th to Inter or its equivalent at
the time of counseling without fail.
c) Private candidates should submit Nativity Certificate obtained
from the MRO/Tahasildar. Residence Certificate will not be
accepted.
d) Candidates must be the residents and must have studied in
Telangana only.
a. The candidates must have appeared Intermediate or its
equivalent exam in March/April -2016 in single attempt
only. Supplementary & Instant candidates are not
eligible for admission.
X. Issue of Hall Tickets:
• Candidates can download their Hall Tickets from the website at
mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in from 31-03-2016 onwards with the
reference number allotted to them.
• Candidates have to download the hall tickets from the website
only. No printed hall ticket shall be issued/posted to the
candidate.
• Without hall ticket, no candidate will be allowed to appear for
the examination.
XI. General Information:
1) Admissions are only for Women into RDC, JAGADEVPUR,
MEDAK Dist.
2) Mere appearing for the Entrance Test does not confer any right
for admission. Applicants shall also fulfill other admission
criteria stipulated by MJPTBCWREI Society, Hyderabad as the
case may be.
3) The administration reserves the right of changing the rules to be
followed as per the directions of the Government and
University from time to time.
4) The candidates are personally held responsible for incorrect
information in the application form.
5) The Convener reserves the right to cancel the admission at any
stage, if the particulars furnished by the candidate are found
incorrect or against the rules of admission.

Entrance Test:
Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test – 2016 (TS EAMCET – 2016) will be conducted (as per G.O. Ms.No. 73
Higher Education EC.2 Dept., Dt: 28-07-2011, G.O.Ms.No.33 of Higher Education (TE/A2) Department dated 31-12-2014) by Jawaharlal
Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) for entry into the first year of the following Under Graduate Professional courses
offered for the academic year 2016-2017 in the University & Private unaided and affiliated Professional colleges in the State of

2. Eligibility Criteria to appear for TS EAMCET-2016:
Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for TS EAMCET-2016:
a) Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
b) Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local / non – local status
requirements as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as
subsequently amended.
c) For Engineering, Bio- Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering) and for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy,
B.Tech (Food Science and Technology (FST) /B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Mgt. (CA & BM)) Courses:
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with
Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as optionals or related vocational courses in the
fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh
along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled during 2000-2002 and subsequent batches, or
any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra
Pradesh, provided that candidates who have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2
pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optionals along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics
conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh shall also be eligible for the BioTechnology
course.

Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the
State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as
equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / A.P.
(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects
specified taken together at 10+2 pattern.
(iii) In the case of Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st
December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
(iv) In the case of B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FST) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), Candidates
should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years
for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of
the year of Admissions.
d) For B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. and for remaining 50% seats in B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc. (CA & BM)

e) For MBBS / BDS Courses (as per GO Ms.No. 195 dated 07-07-2011):
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or
equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology and English
individually and must have obtained 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) /
Biotechnology at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Schedule
Tribe & Backward Classes, the marks obtained shall be a minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics,
Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology.
(ii) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
f) For BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses:
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or
equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as optional which shall include a practical test
in each subject.
(ii) a) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
 b) There is no maximum age limit for admission into BAMS/BHMS/BNYS.
g) For B.Pharmacy Course: (Remaining 50% of the seats):
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics,
Chemistry and Biology optionals, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other
examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.
(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects
specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
(iii) Candidates should have completed 16 years of Age by the date of commencement of Admissions or on such other date as may
be notified by the CET Committee. There is no upper age limit.
h) For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates):
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra
Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh as
equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Pharmacy course
conducted by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination
recognized as equivalent thereto by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training.
(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects
specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
(iii) Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course.
3. Proof of satisfying the marks criteria in respect of candidates who appeared for the Qualifying examination during the year
should be furnished within 7 days after publication of the examination results by the concerned examination Board.
4. Criteria for Ranking: The candidates who have secured qualifying marks in TS EAMCET-2016 and candidates belonging to the category
of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe, for whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed, shall be assigned ranking in the order of
merit on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the marks secured in TS EAMCET-2016 and 25% weightage
to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination.
5. Submission of the Online Application form for Engineering (E) and Agriculture & Medicine (AM) streams:
 Candidates with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry / Bio-Tech. / Biology as optional subjects in their Intermediate or its equivalent course
should submit “E” stream online application for Engineering B.E./ B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Ag. Engg.) / B.Tech.(Dairy Technology) / B.Tech.(FST) /
B.Sc.(CA & BM) (MPC) / B.Pharm. (MPC) / Pharm-D (MPC) courses.
 Candidates with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects in their Intermediate or its equivalent course should submit “AM” stream
online application for B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & AH / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc. (CA&BM) / MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BNYS /
B.Pharm. / B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C.) / Pharm-D (Bi.P.C) courses. For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C), candidates shall pass / appear
for Bridge Course exam in Mathematics conducted by B.I.E, A.P. as per G.O. 17, Dt. 2-2-08.

7. Criteria for Admissions :
i. As per G.O. Ms. No. 181 dated 21-05-2008 of Health Medical and Family Welfare (E1) Department for admission into MBBS /
BDS courses on the basis of Competitive entrance examination, a candidate for admission to those courses must have
obtained not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together both at qualifying and TS EAMCET-2016
examination,. In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC must have obtained not less than 40% marks in Physics,
Chemistry and Biology taken together both at qualifying and TS EAMCET-2016 examination.
ii. As per the Gazette of India : Extraordinary under Part-III Rule No. 7(2) for admission into B.V.Sc. & AH Courses on the basis of
competitive entrance examination, a candidate under General Category for admission to this course must have obtained 50%
marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belongs to the
Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe or other special category of student as specified by the Government from time to time,
marks required for admission shall be 10% less than that prescribed for general category.
iii. As per G.O. Ms. No. 74 & 75 dated 28-07-2011, the candidate shall fulfill eligibility criteria for admission into Engineering,
Pharmacy and Pharm-D courses.
iv. However, in all the cases, candidate shall fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down in the relevant
G.Os/Amendments/Notifications to be issued at the time of Admissions.

Selection Process: Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Measurement Test, Document Verification and awarding of bonus marks on the basis of NCC/sports certificates and Height.

Written Test: Written examination will be conducted for those candidates who are found eligible after scrutiny. The written examination will be on OMR based Answer Sheets which will comprise of 120 multiple choice objective type questions of one mark each. The test will be of 90 minutes duration. The question paper shall be of matriculation standard. The question paper will consist of 50 questions on General Awareness, 35 questions on Arithmetic and 35 questions on General Intelligence and Reasoning. Candidates will be required to answer all questions and will be awarded 01 [one] mark for each correct answer. 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. No mark will be awarded or deducted for questions not attempted.
Exam Language Preference: For the convenience to conduct the examination in different Indian languages, specific centres will be earmarked for the examination in specific languages other than Hindi, English and Urdu (in which examination papers will be available at all centres). Eligibility
a) The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local / non-local status
requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institutions (Regulations of
Admission) Order, 1974 as amended up to date (as per G.O. Ms. No. 25, dated: 19.03.2004 &
G.O.Ms.No.108, dated 3-7-2005,Higher Education Department, dated 30-7-2005 and its
amendments).
b) The candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities
concerned.
c) The candidates seeking admission;
i) For MBA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum
three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC,ST reserved categories)
in the qualifying examination.
 ii) For MCA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of
minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC,ST reserved
categories) in the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 level.
d) The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition
 by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.
e) The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be
 eligible to appear for APICET – 2016
f) Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the Statutory
 Bodies.
g) Qualifying marks in APICET - 2016 is 25% and no minimum marks are prescribed for
 SC/ST candidates
Mere qualification in the entrance test does not entitle a candidate to find admission into
MBA/MCA course unless the candidate:
