The Honourable High Court in W.P.No.15206 of 2013 filed by M/s Private Polytechnics Managements Association represented by its Secretary Shri P. Balaji and Others informed the Convenor, Admissions, POLYCET-2013, the following in respect of the colleges listed below:
“There shall be interim direction permitting the petitioners to collect the Tuition fee at Rs. 21,000/- subject to the result of the Writ Petition on the condition that the petitioners shall refund the balance between Rs. 21,000/- and Rs. 15,500/- to the students from whom the tuition fee is collected in the event the Writ Petition is disposed of holding the Tuition Fee at Rs. 15,500/- only- Order follows”.
